Philippe is responsible for leading the infrastructure portfolio, team and investment strategy globally.
Phillipe is a Board Director of Phoenix Tower International.
Prior to joining Wren House in January 2022, Philippe spent twelve years at OMERS Infrastructure, the last six as Head of Europe. He played a leadership role in investments such as HS1, Tank & Rast, Exolum, London City Airport, XpFibre, VTG and Amedes.
Philippe has a background in investment banking and consulting. He was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, advising clients on M&A, equity and debt financing transactions across Europe. He started his career at McKinsey & Company.
Philippe holds a Business degree from ICADE (Universidad Pontificia Comillas, Spain), and an MBA from Columbia Business School (Columbia University, USA).

Benedetto is a Board Director of Almaviva, Voyage Care and Electrip Global.
Prior to joining Wren House in 2014, Benedetto worked for Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division in London and New York where he focused on Power & Utilities and Infrastructure M&A and in UBS’s Securities Lending & Financing department based in Zurich.
Benedetto holds a degree in Economics from the University of Bologna.

Michael is a Managing Director at Wren House Infrastructure involved in the origination, execution as well as the asset management of investments.
Prior to joining Wren House in 2023, Michael spent more than 13 years at OMERS Infrastructure, investing in infrastructure in Europe. He was involved in multiple transactions including amedes, Deutsche Glasfaser inexio, XpFibre, MapleCo, London City Airport and Thames Water.
Michael holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Emmanuel is a Managing Director at Wren House Infrastructure involved in the origination, execution as well as the asset management of investments.
Prior to joining Wren House in 2023, Emmanuel spent more than 23 years at Citigroup, where he built his career within Banking, Capital Markets and Advisory – his final role was as Head of EMEA Communications Investment Banking and member of the Strategy and Operating Committees for EMEA Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory. He advised on M&A deals with transaction value over $200bn, including the merger of O2 UK and Virgin Media UK, British Telecom and Everything Everywhere, and Tele2 and Comhem.
Emmanuel holds an MBA and an MSc in Computer Science.

Karl is a Board Director of GPG and Seacube, and was previously a Board Director of NSMP.
Prior to joining Wren House in 2017, Karl spent 20 years in investment banking, most recently as Head of Power & Utilities EMEA for HSBC, and previously at BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, where he advised on M&A, equity and debt financing transactions for corporates and financial investors in the power & utilities, energy, renewables and environmental infrastructure sectors.
Karl holds a degree in Law from Exeter University and was called to the Bar of England & Wales.

Piotr is a Board Director of North Sea Midstream Partners and DCLI.
Prior to joining Wren House in 2016, Piotr was a Director in the Energy & Power investment banking team of BofA Merrill Lynch in London where he spent nearly 12 years. During that time Piotr advised large corporate clients and several infrastructure and pension funds on M&A and capital markets transactions in the utility and regulated infrastructure sectors in the UK, Spain, Germany, and CEE among others.
Piotr graduated summa cum laude from Warsaw School of Economics in Poland with two MA degrees in Finance and in Management and is a CFA charterholder.

Martin is a Managing Director and Head of Americas for Wren House, based in New York. Martin is involved in all aspects of managing the Wren House business in the Americas, as well as involvement in the origination, execution and asset management of investments across the region with global responsibility for Energy Transition.
Martin joined Wren House in February 2023 from BlackRock, where he spent nearly 7 years, latterly as Head of the Americas for the Climate Infrastructure Group.
Prior to joining BlackRock, Martin spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley, covering a range of roles including direct renewable energy investments and project financing. Earlier in his career, Martin worked for Merrill Lynch and Citigroup in various structured financing roles.
Martin has a BSc In Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Juris Doctor from the Law School of University of Pennsylvania.

Gab focuses on asset management across the portfolio and is a Board Director of North Sea Midstream Partners, DCLI, Electrip Global and Petit Forestier.
Prior to joining Wren House in 2020, Gab was a Managing Director at Centrica plc (the UK’s leading electricity and gas provider) where he led their B2B electricity, gas and energy solutions provider (the UK’s largest provider of such services). He was also the Head of Group Strategy, supporting the Group Investment Committee on M&A and major capital programmes.
Until recently he was a Non-Executive Director for Biffa plc, a leading UK recycling and waste management business.
Gab has over 20 years executive and consulting experience, working with large corporates to drive performance improvement.
Prior to his career in executive management, Gab worked with the Boston Consulting Group and Accenture in their global Energy & Utilities practices.
Gab holds an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management, and Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Law from Monash University, Melbourne.

Prior to joining Wren House in 2023, Anne spent 25 years at General Electric leading global teams through the Energy Transition across conventional power, oil & gas, and renewable energy.
In her career at General Electric, as a corporate officer, Anne led four operating businesses, consisting of product, project, and service offerings. She steered them through global expansion of revenues and profits and digital transformations. Most recently, Anne spent 10 years in the Renewable Energy Division where she was the CEO of the Digital Services and Onshore Wind businesses.
Anne is a member of the board of directors of MRC Global (NYSE MRC), a leading provider of industrial pipes, valves, and fittings. She is an Advisory board member of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute’s School of Science.
Anne holds Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. degrees in Applied Mathematics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Greg focuses on asset management across the portfolio and is a Board Director of Associated British Ports, London City Airport and Voyage Care.
Prior to joining Wren House in 2017, Greg was a Partner in KPMG’s Global Strategy Group based in the UK, where he was the Infrastructure lead since 2009. In this role, he worked with infrastructure investors, where he led value creation reviews with management teams across a number of global portfolio companies.
Greg has over 17 years consulting experience, working with Investors and Corporates to drive performance improvement.
Prior to his career in consulting, Greg worked in Finance with Rothschild Asset Management and Jardine Fleming Asset Management in Hong Kong and the UK. Greg holds a Sloan Fellowship Master’s in Management from the London Business School and B.A. from The University of King’s College, Canada.

Jonny is a chartered accountant and holds a BA in Accounting and Financial Analysis from Newcastle University.

Phil is primarily responsible for legal and compliance matters associated with Wren House and the transactions it undertakes, as well as managing Wren House’s external legal relationships and advising Wren House’s Board and Senior Management. Phil is a board director of Voyage Care and Electrip.
Prior to joining Wren House in 2014, Phil worked in private practice for Slaughter and May’s London and Hong Kong offices and the London office of White and Case.
He has a BA in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and is a qualified solicitor admitted to practice in England and Wales.

Prior to joining Wren House in 2017, Laurence worked as Finance Director of a logistics PLC and at Barclays Infrastructure Funds, latterly as Chief Operating Officer.
Laurence is a qualified accountant, having started his career in the London audit practice of KPMG. He holds a BA in Geography from Durham University.

Richard is Head of Tax and Operations and is responsible for the tax affairs of Wren House Infrastructure and its investment structures. He is also responsible for the operational side of the business, working closely with the finance and legal teams, and with the COO.
Prior to joining Wren House in 2016, Richard had over 16 years of experience in international taxation working for EY, CMS Cameron McKenna and KPMG.
Richard holds an MA (Oxon.) in Physics from the University of Oxford.
