Our History

From UK local to global

Wren House was established in 2013 as the direct infrastructure investment arm of the Kuwait Investment Authority. Initially set up as a local firm focusing on core infrastructure investments in Europe, we have evolved with a core and core plus global OECD mandate and a strong focus on North America and Europe. Throughout, we have focussed on delivering attractive risk-adjusted returns across private equity and structured solutions through a disciplined investment approach over a long-term horizon, and responsible active asset management.

Our team of over 30 investment professionals has over 300 years of combined experience investing in infrastructure. In early 2023, we established an office in New York with a dedicated team to manage investments, build relationships and pursue new opportunities across the Americas, complementing our existing London-based team.

Wren House is a growing platform seeking to build a high quality and diversified portfolio of direct infrastructure investments in OECD countries.
