QTS Realty Trust and Wren House successfully complete joint venture for three Northern Virginia data centers
QTS Realty Trust (“QTS”), a leading global data center services provider has entered into a joint venture agreement with Wren House Infrastructure Management Limited (“Wren House”).
Through this joint venture agreement, Wren House and another fund have acquired a majority stake in three fully constructed QTS data centers in Northern Virginia, delivering a total of 100MW of critical IT capacity. With this recapitalization, QTS will retain an ownership stake in the three data centers and continue to operate the facilities.
